However, you have 24 hours before your first consultation within your pack to request a refund if you change your mind.

3. Following payment you will be presented with the option to schedule your appointment. Please note the following conditions:
   1. NEW CLIENTS - Please schedule your FIRST appointment only. Follow-up consultations will be scheduled by your practitioner.
   2. EXISTING CLIENTS - Use the "Returning? Log in" link (above right) to open your profile. If you are purchasing your next package AND Nat/Hayley has already scheduled your next appointment then please complete payment but DO NOT book. We will apply the package credit on your behalf

Availability & Waiting Periods

Georgie Duncan - Team NKD Senior Naturopath:
Appointments are available Tuesdays 10am - 2pm AEST and Thursdays 10am - 6pm AEST. There is currently, a 2-4 week wait for your first appointment. You are welcome to book in and we can contact you if an earlier appointment arises.

Hayley Brass - Team NKD Senior Naturopath:
Hayley is currently on Maternity leave. If you're a current or past client of Hayley's wishing to get support. Please contact us at support@nataliekdouglas.com
